Tiptree Heath have participated in a range of sporting events, festivals and competitions throughout the year at both inter and intra school level. - Broaden the sporting opportunities and experiences available to all pupils through after school clubs and sports festivals and competitions
- Develop a love of sport and physical activity.
- Promote healthy lifestyles and fitness in school, through SCARF online lessons, PSHE and PE lessons.
- Upskill teachers and develop their confidence to deliver the PE curriculum.
- Provide children with the opportunity to try new sports.
- Engage more pupils in being active for at least 30 minutes per day.
- Encourage less active children to be more active through the use of sporting festivals.
